Common questions

  1. After selecting a tee or product on the site, select your Color, Size and Quantity, then select “Add to Cart.”
  2. Select the tiny Shopping Cart icon in the upper right corner at any time. From there you can View Cart, or Checkout.
  3. Once you’re in the Checkout area, fill in your details, including Credit Card or PayPal info, and “Place Order.”

After your order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours to ship. Once shipped, US shipping generally takes anywhere from 2-6 business days, depending on where you are in the country. However, this is not guaranteed and is determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Carrier load times, extreme weather events, staffing and worker strikes are not factored into this window.

Items marked, “print-on-demand” may add 3-7 days on top of the usual 2-6 day window. International shipping times vary greatly, but you should receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

While a small shop like ours definitely feels the impact of returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us via email (phil@royalewithtees.net) within 14 days of tracking saying that your packaged was delivered (not 14 days after you first opened the item).

In the event that you do wish to return your item, we’ll ask for your:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Order number, and
  • Reason for return

Refunds are typically processed 5-10 days after receiving your returned items.

Currently, we offer Standard first-class shipping via USPS is FREE in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Depending on the order size, we may opt to use diffrerent shipping classes or carriers.

Canada currently carries a flat rate of $17.99 USD, and Japan $19.99 USD.

Carrier prices fluctuate and are subject to change without notice.

After Adding to Cart, you may checkout with VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay with PayPal. Some users may also see “Buy with ApplePay” as an option.

Some custom orders may be paid by check or money order in certain cases.

If you’re not sure if we ship to your country, or you’re not sure what the shipping cost would be, please email us the item you’re interested in, what size you would like, and your address.

Currently we ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Japan. More countries will be added over time. If you are in a country that isn’t listed and wish to order, please email us for accommodations.

No problem, we understand! First, double check the area where you normally receive packages: your porch, by your door, behind a column, a parcel locker, etc. Sometimes they leave the package with a landlord or neighbor if you live in an apartment or condo.

You can also open a case online with USPS, so they can verify if the package was misdelivered or incorrectly scanned. If all else fails, please reach out to us if your package never arrives and it has been over 24 hours since status was changed to delivered.

Generally, yes – our tees can be worn by anyone! Unless an item says “ladies cut” or “women’s” (which is how manufacturers label those particular styles) it is typically referred to as unisex, genderless, or gender neutral.

You should receive one or more automated emails from our system. If domestic, it will include a tracking number. You may have to check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you still don’t see a confirmation, please email us your name, order number, and item/size you ordered. We’ll look into it right away!

Sometimes mail gets hung up en route to its destination. The tracking systems are managed by the carrier. Contacting their customer support online or in person can sometimes get you more precise information than what is shown on the tracking site.

If it has been more than 10 days, please email us your name and tracking number so we may investigate on our end.

At this time, we are not accepting coupon codes. However, this may change without notice in the future.
